"Matrix" was a classic and made a lot of $$$.
"Matrix Reloaded" and especially "Matrix Revolutions"
were utter crap, but I still see potential in that franchise.

Since it's set in a virtual reality, they could easily start over
and say that "Matrix 2&3" did never really happen.
It's even quite easy to exchange actors, they did just
change their "avatars" in the Matrix.

It would be easy to "reboot" the franchise and then we
could have "Matrix : Reboot" by 2009 and there should
be many sequels until "Matrix 10" in the 2020s.

I see a lot of $$$ in this one and they should make more
Matrix movies. If they can do 20+ Bond movies, 10 Star
Treks, 7 Harry Potter movies and 3 Spidermans, they
could easily make 10 Matrix movies.

Forgot another Hobit. Filming 3 at once, tho, is sort of like
breaking the mold and certified limited editions. Maybe easier pulled
out of a hat than AI2.

Matrix 2&3 weren't so bad, being they did a good job on #1, probably
expected, anyway. There's good scenes in 2&3 is all I'm saying.

Take Terminator, that they didn't expect. So T2 ended up the best of
all (waited too long for T3 and blew it). Same w/ Alien 4 GoreFest
(even if they did rather halfarsed give it a go).

To a lesser degree Riddick and the Chronicles.

The initial reactions make more so viable to plug in the extra bucks
and go all out for a serious stompbutt mega-blockbuster. Golden words
on worlds for those that read them.

Startrek is stretching it -- Spiderman? Bond and Harry Potter?? ....
how about another RoboCop ? Strike that - it'd probably make enough
to break even.

Not that I'd mind a THX11382 (<Sigh, Potter. Really.>... <Sigh2> good
ol' Cameron and Scott, Lucas and Spielberg).
